In a time when corporate loyalty is nearly a thing of the past, the Essex staff remains a tight-knit unit working towards the same goals. As the business has evolved, grown, and moved over the years, most of the same members remain on the team. We enjoy coming to work each day because we love what we do, and there is an uncommon level of mutual respect in our office. In addition to our time together at work, we spend a lot of our free time together as well. Karting, boating, wrenching, fishing, watching races, and barbecuing are just some of the activities we enjoy together.

The Essex team is a unique blend of racers, engineers, and entrepreneurs with well over a century of combined racing industry experience. We don’t simply make recommendations based on what our suppliers tell us, we rely on many years of firsthand experience.
