Frances has been working in accounting since the early 1960's.  She has been involved in diverse industries, ranging from a retail shoe chain to textiles.  Essex is Frances' first foray into the racing industry, which she has found both interesting and challenging.  Frances holds the Essex purse strings with a tight grip and a meticulous eye for detail.  If you're looking for open account status and you don't have your finances in order, all we can offer is a heartfelt "good luck!"
